School of Advocacy
The gift of advocate is one who guides, comforts and speaks truths. The purpose of this school is to effectively train persons to utilize their gift to bring about justice and promote ethical practices. Upon completion, persons are trained in cross-cultural encounters; understand various systemic practices; know how to design and implement an advocacy plan; Know how to present before judicial, legislative, executive and administrative entities.
School of Prophetic Preaching
Prophetic preaching is visionary. It challenges systems, traditions and structures. Prophetic Preaching is Kingdom Preaching that calls for the listeners to respond with action in breaking down the barriers that hinder the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ being made manifest. The purpose of this school is to equip and education proclaimers of the Gospel to be liberating truth tellers. Upon completion, the Luke 4:18-19 anointing will be embraced; preaching will be biblically based; hermeneutically skilled; address social and economic injustices; speak with hope and belief in the future; illustrate a victorious God and people who enact God’s plan.
School of Intercession
To pray is to be in conversation with God. However, to pray does not necessarily mean to intercede. To intercede is to be a conduit, a go between, to stand in the gap. Intercession is the burden to willfully place yourself in a position of warrior for another. Some of the things one will possess upon completion will be the understanding of how to adequately use the weapons of spiritual warfare; know the difference between their weapons and the enemies; possess a spirit of wisdom and knowledge to avoid the enemies traps; be convinced that God and the devil are not equals.
School of Facilitators
The flow of meetings, gatherings and worship experiences is important. Facilitators should promote productive dialogue and know how to “read the room.” The purpose of this school is to effectively train persons to be skillful facilitators to manage and engage for dialogue, group discussions and worship experiences. Upon completion one will be an excellent communicator; flexible; know how to create a supportive and inspiring experience; manage small-mid session environments; and understand how to enable group decision making and problem solving.
School of Fine Arts
Skilled music, dance, art and spoken word permeate all cultures in the church and marketplace. The scriptures highlight the importance of the arts for worship, mental health, and festivities. The purpose of this school is to equip persons to execute with anointed precision through art, music dance and spoken word. Upon completion one will understand the biblical purpose of worship; exemplify servanthood and humanity; understand the role of music in the church and marketplace; mastery of vocal techniques by vocalists; rehearsal etiquette and preparation; exemplify teamwork; how to choose appropriate music, dance, and/or artistic expression; and lead with confidence.
School of Prophecy
The office of Prophet and Spirit of Prophecy are often confused. The Spirit of Prophecy may manifest on one who is not in the Office of Prophet. A person in the office of Prophet has been set aside as God’s consistent mouthpiece and the watchman for the People of God. The Spirit of Prophecy manifests at will and uses God’s testimony to edify, build up and comfort. It is necessary that believers in Jesus Christ understand this manifestation and operate accordingly as to never quench God’s spirit. The purpose is to effectively train teams of individuals to speak words of edification, exhortation, and comfort when the Holy Spirit instructs. Upon completion one will be equipped and trained to the sensitivity of Holy Spirit; able to guide and nurture others in how all things are to be done in love; understand the the spirit of propohecy is to edify, exhort and comfort; understand the necessity of working in teams of two and no more than three; posses humility to be instructed.
School of Shepherds
The gift of shepherds extend beyond the traditional church settings. Shepherds should also know how to identify, cultivate and utilize their gifts. When this occurs, Shepherds can foster healthy relationships and promote flourishing among colleagues, clients and communities in their professional and pastoral spheres. Upon completion one will understand the call to serve and nurture God’s people; understand the necessity of integrity in one’s relationship exemplified in how they treat others; communicate well; understand being a spiritual leader beyond the walls of the church; posses the ability to bring the church to others through personal ministry.
School of Prophetic Teaching
Prophetic Teaching is Kingdom teaching that instructs through edification, exhortation and comfort. It is a catalyst for students to reminagine systems and structures they have accepted as norm and begin to intentionally break chains that have held the mind captive. The purpose of this school is to effectively train persons to be skillful Prophetic Teachers and understand its intersection with other gifts. Upon completion one will understand that their role is not simply to relay information but to also impart; yield thier spirit not ot the pedagogy of the lesson but allows the pedagogy to yield to the spirit of knowledge and wisdom; position themself to engage both the mind and soul until their students embrace the lesson as a living mandate.
School of Evangelism
The word of our testimony is a powerful tool. Evangelism strengthens, activates and transforms. The purpose of this school is to equip and train persons to confidently and graciously share their testimony. Upon completion one willknow how to meet perople where they are; know how to listen to Holy Spirit when to share; quickly adapt thier storytelling based on the environment; learn key scriptures to assist in sharing the love of God; confidently know how to lead one to Christ in any environment; possess a working knowledge of solid spirit filled ministries and pastors to connect a new convert.
Clinical Care Education
Clinical Care Education is a six (6) month training program required for those seeking ordination and/or elevation. This six month course exposes the student to an overview of mental health clinical training with Licensed Mental Health professionals.
