Certificate of Ethical Operations (CEO-Ops)
Upon completing three asynchronous courses, a hybrid elective and a capstone experience, you will earn the Certificate of Ethical Operations (CEO-Ops) credential. The CEO-Ops is aligned with UN PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education).

Certificate Core Requirement
This certificate requires three (3) 4-week courses and one (1) 4-week elective course.

Course 1.3: People & Culture as Ministry

Independent electives are not tied to a specific school but can be taken as standalone 4‑week courses or used to fulfill elective requirements across multiple schools.
