Stop managing fires/ start architecting systems. This school provides the technical blueprints for high-velocity institutional stabilization. It is designed for mid-to-senior level Operations Directors, Department Heads, and Project Managers struggling with personal friction and inefficient workflows.

Upon completing the three asynchronous courses, a hybrid elective and capstone project, you will earn the Certified Performance Certificate (CPA) credential. The CPA credential identifies leaders who can design, audit, and stabilize complex institutional architectures. This certification is mapped to ISO 29993 for non-

This certificate requires three (3) 4-week courses and one (1) 4-week elective course. Prerequisites: Certificate of Strategic Communication and Certificate of Ethical Operations.
