This school focuses on navigating complex policy landscapes of organizational development. These programs are best suited for Public Sector Administrators, School Principals, NGO Directors,  Government Relations Officers  Mid-Career Managers, and Non-Profit executives operating in high-scrutiny environments.

Certificate of Civic Leadership (CCL)

Upon completion of three asynchronous courses, a hybrid elective and a capstone, you will earn the Certificate of Civic Leadship credential.   This credential is for those navigating the complex intersection of policy, community, and non-profit governance. It is the ER for Public Institutions and is mapped to ANSI/ICE

Certificate of Ethical Leadership (CEL)

Upon completion of three asynchronous courses, a hybrid elective and a capstone, students earn the Certificate of Ethical Leadership credential.   This certificate draws from all five schools but focuses on cross-cutting moral reasoning. It is the ER for Public Institutions and is mapped to ANSI/ICE 1100

2. Build coalitions across differences. 

3. Lead in bureaucracy with hope and courage.

Course 2.2: Ethics in Policy & Governance

Course 2.3: Community Engagement & Coalition Building
